Centre for Global Education
The Centre for Global Education works with curriculum development
in the fields which make up Global Education. These include Human
Rights Education and Democratic Global Citizenship Education.
The centre works with adult learners, tutors and school teachers both
on projects related to the field, and offers training and continuing
professional development.
The centre provides an advice service, resources to borrow and on-site
workshops. It also works with trainee teachers in different
educational institutions and provides support for North- South
International Linking.
The centre has published several compendia on Human Rights Education
and Global Citizenship.
