SYNACT - Synchronised Action Days 2009

Please share your activities leading up to Human Rights Day 2009 (from Sept 1 to Dec 10, 2009) with us in order to gain more visibility! SYNCHRONIZED ACTION DAYS are a powerful PR tool for organisations in the field of Education for Democratic Citizenship and Human Rights Education in Europe.

Why SYNACT?

With SYNCHRONISED ACTION DAYS we collect and showcase the many different activities in the field of Education for Democratic Citizenship and Human Rights Education. Be it a public event, a workshop, a seminar, a campaign, an arts project, a roundtable, a local, regional or international project – DARE publishes all your initiatives in a brochure and on the DARE website. We disseminate this hopefully impressing collection to stakeholders on the local, regional, national and European level.

How does it work?

DARE collects all activities in the field of Education for Democratic Citizenship and Human Rights Education leading up to Human Rights Day 2009 (ranging from Sept 1 to Dec 10, 2009). Every activity is important! You just have to fill out the short “activity report sheet” below.

What is DARE´s service and your benefit?

Your activities will be collected and published on Human Rights Day (Dec 10) on DARE´s website. Additionally, a printed brochure will be sent to all relevant stakeholders on national and European level (MEPs, MPs, MEC etc). You are very welcome to use the logo of the Synchronised Action Days to increase the visibility of our efforts (logo.pdf).

What do you have to do?

1) Fill out the simple “activity report form” displayed below (copy the table or use this pdf-version, 70 kb).
2) For every additional activity please just copy the table.
3) Send the form(s) until October 31, 2009 via e-mail to: Anne Stalfort (stalfort@adb.de).
